TSM LEGAL AID FIRM OR TSM LEGAL (The Servants Ministries Legal Aid Firm) actively provides legal services in the area of family-based immigration law, employment-based immigration law, including deportation/removal defense, Detention representation, Immigrants and non-immigrants visas, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) advocacy, and representation for unaccompanied minors.

OUR MISSION
The Servants Ministries' Legal goal and mission are to reunite families and provide legal services to those who can’t afford legal counsel. Render legal defense accessible to the indigenous, the poor, the commoner, and all in desperate need of one. At these times, good legal representation is crucial. What a benefit it would be to have a legal services company available with the resources and capabilities to assist people with their legal immigration commitments. This is why we established “The Servants Ministries Legal Aid Firm” to bridge the gap that exists for so many individuals in the United States today, offering hope, optimism for a future without fear, and a place where all contribute to bettering our country and world. Together, we can.
Isaiah 61:1: "The Spirit of the Lord GOD is on Me, because the LORD has anointed Me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent Me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives and freedom to the prisoners.”

OUR VISION/GOAL
In the next 5 years, we plan to expand our services to include employment law, health law, and specific areas of family law, demonstrating our commitment to meeting the evolving needs of our community, State, and Country. These critical services came to our attention as we serve the San Francisco homeless community, where we have encountered individuals in desperate need of assistance in the areas of law listed above. We were unable to assist or refer them because demand exceeded available services, as most organizations are at capacity and unable to take on new cases. Thus, we are working to add these areas of law to help fill the gap in assisting those who need them.
In addition, for a long-term impact, we want to do more for our program, TSM Open Arms (The Servants Ministries Open Arms). We envisioned within 5 years expanding our TSM Open Arms services by opening shelters for veterans, homeless young adults, elders, and families, and adding a rehabilitation center for those struggling with substance abuse. We believe that providing a safe, clean, and healthy environment where their loved ones could visit could play a major role in the rehabilitation of the homeless community. These space goals will be to help them regain their place in society and contribute.

As we usually do, that Sunday we brought sandwiches to share with the less fortunate and asked who wanted prayer or was interested in giving their life to Christ. People came to us with various needs, and on the sidewalk, she tried hard not to be noticed but still expressed her need for food while hiding her face.
We came to her, handed her food and water, and noticed that she was extremely young to be on the streets. Alarmed, we asked how old she was. She said she was 21, but by the Grace of God, we discerned she was way younger than she claimed. We asked whether she wanted to get off the street and whether she was interested in going back to school. She replied, "Yes," but kept looking at the adult male a few feet away as if she needed his permission. As we looked toward the man, he, too, did not want to draw attention to himself and nodded to let the girl know she was authorized to leave the street. We took her with us and tried to book a hotel for her, but we couldn’t because she was still a minor, 17 years old. We had to take her to a Christian family, and from there she was able to share a secret with us that she had never shared with anyone.
She shared that at age 14, she had a crush on a guy at her school, and the guy, once he found out, invited her to a party, to which she was extremely happy and went to the party, but only to be assaulted and raped by her crush. disappointed and lost, she could not disclose what had happened to her to her Jewish parents, so she kept it to herself. To suppress the trauma, she started drinking and using drugs, and at school, a guy connected her to really bad people. The parents tried to do everything they could, but she was unwilling to be rehabilitated, and they could not understand what was happening to their only child, so they decided to let her do as she pleased. So she ended up becoming homeless.
We decided to contact her parents in Los Angeles, CA. talked to the dad, and then the mom. We then explained what triggered their beloved daughter to start using substances, and the family reconciled with their little girl and took her back home. Later, we learn that they sent her to a rehabilitation center and that she has found love and her place in society again.
Acceptance, love, and compassion were the fuel God used to save this young woman. There are many more out there that need someone to see them, but not their circumstances or condition.
